Rarest kittens?

I know the Curly Kittens and Palace Pets are rare, but I wondered which are the rarest? I have never seen a real Sapphire Shy or Peach (can't remember full name)
Has anyone seen these? Does anyone own these?

All are about the same in rarity. I have seen all except PeachyPuff. I own NRFB CreamyCoat. These are always hard to get... So goodluck =)
