I've been trying to build in a chat system, but I couldn't get any to work... well, at least not that I could see on my computer. So I opted for a shout box instead and I think it works fine.
Anyone can enter a nickname, but if you're a user and you're logged in it will include your username when you hover over a shout. The URL you enter will make your nickname clickable.
Shouts are not permanent, they're just for chattering away, so keep using the forum if you have something important.
As for the rest, have fun with it! 
Pictures
because of the shout box you can´t see all the pictures , what i mean is that some of the pictures are in half if you know what i mean , don´t know if it is only me how has this problem or not but i think its a bit sad because one of the things i love the most with this site is the pictures !

hmm im sorry if i was a bit blurry ( is that the word you use
) in my comment about the pictures , i meant those in the gallery : animation , artwork and graphics and allso in the library, i cant see the whole images of the storybook pages 
im not sure this all of the pictures are like this but most of them , sometimes i can see the whole picture sometimes not ...but often not

Oh no, it wasn't your fault. I confused myself, thinking this was a comment on a different subject. Blurry is a good word, that or unclear. I'm not sure, I'm going to go take a look at them, see if it happens to me too.
So, say your in animation, and you click on the first picture of LLL. It comes up as a 200 x 134 image and can be viewed fine. Your saying that some pictures, when you click on them, come up quite large and get cut off by the shoutbox?
I am going through the places you mentioned, and the few that I have clicked on, that doesn't happen to me. Where are the story book pages? ((Edit: Nevermind I found them!)) Maybe say some of the pictures (List names and locations) that get cut off so other people and see if it happens to them too. And maybe take a screenshot or something? I'll keep looking through and see what I come up with.

in the storybook section the images from "An enchanting fairy-tale adveture" the Cover , page 1 and 2 are all cut of by the shout box.
as for the images sizes and that stuff i don´t know much ...

Okay I went and looked and the images aren't cut off for me. I don't know why. Is like the writing cut off? And the shoubox overlays it?

i can´t read the story beacuse of the shoutbox is in the way so to say.

What I would tell you to do, is go to page one and two. When you click on page one, it comes up, cut off by the shoutbox. Try and right click on what you can see of the image. When you right click, does a list of options come up? If so, go to Properties. A box should come up. And it says Address URL: If you copy the URL listed and then go to it, you'll be taken to the direct image.
Here is one screen shot of what it looks like on my computer, but yours might look different:

So therefore the URL for the second image would be:
http://ladylovelylocks.org/files/images/storybook1_page02.jpg
And the first is: http://ladylovelylocks.org/files/images/storybook1_page01.jpg
If the image looks too small when it comes up, hold your mouse over it and an icon should appear, if you click on it, the picture will be shown at full size, and readable. If you don't understand how to do this, I could always just provide you with the URLs to whatever images are cut off, or maybe do a step by step explaination, with screenshots?
Let me know if any of the links don't work for you, or if your really confused. And as far as I know, this isn't happening to anyone else.
